Chaitanya Kanade
Senior Process Engineer
Chaitanya earned a Ph.D. in Nano Science in 2022 from Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea. After completing his doctorate, he joined the project National Centre for Quantum Materials Technology as a Research Associate-II at C-MET Pune, where he worked on quantum materials and device development. He later pursued postdoctoral research in fabrication of crossbar array for memristor devices at the the CeNSE, IISc, Bangalore. Specializing in nanotechnology, 2D materials, and quantum devices, He bring extensive experience in cleanroom fabrication, advanced lithography, and nanofabrication. Currently, he work as a Senior Process Engineer at Agnit Semiconductors, focusing on semiconductor process integration and GaN device fabrication.
