Diggi (Digbijoy Nath) did his undergrad at BITS Pilani, pursuing EEE followed by his PhD at Ohio State University, working on MBE growth of GaN-based heterostructures and exploring novel devices such as N-polar InGaN and tunnel-transistors. Since 2014, he's been at IISc Bangalore, initially working on AlGaN and Ga2O3 photodetectors and later focussing on GaN HEMTs for power and RF applications.
