Dr. Venkateswaran Selvaraju, a materials scientist specializing in semiconductor technology, earned his PhD from Dublin City University in 2019, focusing on BEOL CMOS Technology.

He has expertise in lithography, PVD, CVD thin-film deposition, and characterization techniques like XPS, SIMS, AFM, SEM, and HAXPES. At CeNSE, IISc, he managed the XPS instrument at MNCF and won the Best Poster Award at MAM 2017 in Dresden for his research on copper adhesion to manganese nitride-based barriers.

Currently, he is a Product Engineer at AGNIT Semiconductors, leading the epitaxy module for GaN semiconductor advancements.
